Why We Started BTM
NIL created tremendous opportunities for businesses and athletes, but also introduced complexity. Co-Managing Partner
A Lexington native and University of Kentucky graduate, Will brings a strong background in finance, communications, and athletics. After working in collegiate athletics and later in civil litigation, he co-founded BTM to help businesses and athletes build meaningful long-term partnerships.
Ethan Tressler

Former collegiate baseball player, attorney, and University of Kentucky law graduate. Ethan brings experience in negotiation, contract management, and strategic advisory services to businesses and athletes navigating NIL opportunities.
